Position Description:
Beauty Consultants will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Consultants will also be responsible for cashier, display arrangements and inventory management duties.

- General Cash Handling Duties
- Inventory Management
- Product Placement and Pricing
- Maintain Store Appearance
- Customer Transactions
- Product Knowledge
Necessary Work Experience:
- Cash Handling/Transactions Reconciliation
- Customer Service
- Retail Sales
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Have impeccable customer service skills
- Be willing to learn and open to feedback
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a positive attitude
- Be reliable
- Follows current hair trends
- Has a strong knowledge of weave and hair care products
- Able to identify types of weave used in various styles by description or photo
- Be very punctual
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years retail experience
Starting Salary:
Staring salary for this position is $8.75/hour or more based on experience
Average work hours are 29 hours per week.
