At Another Level Beauty Supply, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, unopened and in its original packaging (including lace uncut and tags attached).
✅ Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ The product must be in its original condition—free of odors, styling products, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Wigs that have been worn, cut, styled, or altered in any way.
❌ Final sale or clearance items.
❌ Hair care products, accessories, and beauty tools due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
✅ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
✅ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✅ If the item is found ineligible for a return, it will be sent back to you.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:
🔄 You received the wrong item or a defective product.
🔄 You want to swap for a different color or style (must meet return conditions).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

4. How to Request a Return

3️⃣ Securely package your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
